LET’S EAT – EUROPEAN AUTHENTIC TASTE: IN BOLOGNA FOR THE FESTIVAL C’È PIÙ GUSTO WITH REPUBBLICA

On Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 November, the LET’S EAT – European Authentic Taste project invites you to Bologna to the ‘C’È PIÙ GUSTO’ festival promoted by Repubblica.

You will find us at Palazzo Re Enzo, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., to discover the quality and merits of European products through a tasting of Italian deli meats and Greek fruit, and you will be able to receive our fun and colourful sticker album produced in collaboration with Panini where deli meats and fruit are told together with the four Ambassadors of the Project.

Two intense days full of unmissable appointments, among which we would like to highlight two talks that will see us as protagonists:

– On Saturday 5 November at 2 p.m., “Italy scaling the world”: a talk that will feature Pier Maria Saccani, director of the Consorzio di Tutela della Mozzarella di Bufala Campana dop, Roberto Paris owner of the Il Buco restaurant in NY, Alberto Santini of the Santini fishmonger’s shop, Francesco Pizzagalli president of the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani (IVSI), and Guido Barendson, journalist. An interesting debate on the role of certain products such as deli meats, fruit and cheese as ambassadors of quality and European traditions;

– Sunday 5 November, at 11 a.m., ‘We are going green’: Maura Latini, managing director of Coop Italia, Enrico Cerea of the Da Vittorio restaurant, Rodolfo Guzman chef of the Boragò restaurant, Francesco Pizzagalli president of the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani (IVSI), will discuss the theme of sustainability and the relationship between food and the environment.

We look forward to seeing you!
