“Let’s EAT – European Authentic Taste” participation at Sirha expo, Lyon

The Association of Imathia’s Agricultural Cooperatives and the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani, within the context of the European promotional campaign “LET’S EAT – European Authentic Taste” participated at SIRHA Lyon expo from January 19^th to 23^rd 2023. The twenty-first edition of Sirha Lyon – the leading professional fixture for all the players in the Food Service, catering and food sectors, was held in EUREXPO – Centre de Conventions et d’Expositions de Lyon.

Due to its rich program and creative atmosphere, the expo attracts more attendees with each edition. The numbers speak for themselves – more than 2100 exhibitors as well over 150.000 professional visitors had confirmed their participation this year.
