The Association of Imathia’s Agricultural Cooperatives (ASIAC) is the joint venture of the eight largest Fruit Producer Organizations, which are officially recognized by Greece. Their aim is to join forces in order to enhance their productive potential and endeavouring to address the international market. ASIAC as well as its member are based in the Prefecture of Imathia, Northern Greece, in a region with a long tradition in the cultivation and processing of fruits. The main fruits they produce are peaches and nectarines, apples, cherries and kiwis.

ASIAC exhibits an important agricultural production, placing it amongst the major producers of fruit in Greece. ASIAC demonstrates a wide tradition and experience in the cultivation and processing of fruits and all its members are certified with the most important Quality Certificates. As a result, their products are distinguished for their high quality, meeting the requirements of each client – characteristics that provide a significant presence in national market and long term business collaboration with clients worldwide.

The Association has a high sense of responsibility towards the consumers, through the implementation of quality management systems which ensure the high-quality standards of its products, while also improving its functions and achieving better internal organization.
